New-home construction
Greenacres is one of the busiest growth areas in the Valley, with subdivisions filling in off Barker, Sprague, and Mission. Framing crews are our steadiest customers here, and we set a standard unit with a handwashing station on the graveled pad, stepping up service as more trades arrive during the finish phase.
On a multi-lot development we place units so each active build has one close by and reposition them as the phase moves down the street, so a crew is never left walking the length of the block to reach the nearest unit.
Neighborhood and trail events
Community events, block parties, and gatherings along the Centennial Trail round out our Greenacres work. For those we bring deluxe flushing units and an accessible unit near the main path, sited on firm ground back from the trail surface and clear of the foot and bike traffic.
For a graduation or a backyard party in the newer neighborhoods, a single deluxe unit usually does the job, and we add a second for larger crowds so nobody has to wait in line while the party is in full swing.
Access and scheduling
New construction means raw lots and half-finished streets, so we ask where the firm approach and the graveled pad are and set units where the crews actually work rather than at the curb. Access off the arterials is quick, which keeps our east-Valley route dependable through the week.
Greenacres winters bring snow and freeze cycles, so we condition tanks and hold your day whenever the plows have run. For a unit in the right-of-way, check with the City of Spokane Valley about permits, since an encroachment permit may apply on public frontage before we can place it.
